I love these. These are the best shells I have ever used: high quality, easy to handle and so unique
that people have to take notice. As far as other reveiwers concerns about blending into your close
up mat I must say that I have never had that problem. I use mainly Black Tigers, Vipers and ghost
decks which is why I use a red close up mat, which led me to buying the white balls to use with the
shells. They contrast great with the red mat and my green turtles and make for great patter, I do a
6 minute routine with these talking about my pet turtles and how they lay eggs but sometimes they
eat the eggs and I finish by lapping one as I switch it out for an actual live turtle which gets
AMAZING reactions from the crowd when they see it poke out it's head and start to walk across the
mat. The turtle, Bram, is a dwarf red eared slider and can be found in most pet stores. For
birthday parties he is awesome because at that point I can let the kids play with him while I sneak
off to eat a piece of birthday cake. Always remember when negotiating to include a piece of
birthday cake as part of your performance fee.
