This feels like a collection that wasn't good enough to make it into the first book, rather than a collection of new stuff that was good enough to warrant a 2nd book. Every effect felt like it contained a mathematical force or a spelling force that was very obvious. There might be a good idea or two somewhere in here, but my first reaction on a first read-through was that this was very disappointing and not worth the purchase.

I absolutely disagree with this comment... All is in the presentation and I extracted 4 tricks from this book with great success.
