I already knew how to do the muscle pass when I got this DVD, but I didn't know any applications so
I was usually just using the muscle pass and a sort of 'hey look at this' kind of trick. The great
thing about this DVD is that Jay teaches some really great routines which make use of the muscle
pass and give it a context within a routine. So in terms of the routines this DVD is certainly worth
the bargain price it's available for at the moment.
