So why exactly would you want to put a cigarette up your nose? Well, I guess some people are into
geek magic. If that's your thing, this would fit right in, I suppose. But I think those guys are
more likely to be shoving nails up their nose, not cigarettes. Hey, if someone already hasn't come
up with a nail gaff based on the same principle as this cigarette gaff, that might be a good idea.
It might be obvious, but in order to do this effect, you need to be wearing sleeves.
Generally not a problem, except in this genre, I don't often see geek performers wearing button-down
shirts and sports jackets. Maybe they should, since a well-dressed guy doing a geek act would be
even more disturbing than the same act from a guy in a t-shirt and torn jeans.
Even though
this sort of effect isn't my thing, it does do what it's meant to do effectively. However, be aware
that given the quality of the gimmicks you receive, the price seems very inflated. All you're
getting is a little plastic and a little elastic.
