Jeff McBride's the art of card manipulation DVDs are some of the best DVDs that I own. He teaches things very clearly for the most part, meaning that everyone's hand is differnt so what may work for one person wouldn't work as well for another. So, you may have to slightly modify how the card is plamed in your hand when you do the manipulation. He also dosen't teach you the basics in palm a card, but you can figure it out with out to much of a problem just by looking at his hand. Jeff will show you a sample routine however, he shows you the manipulations and then you have to come up with your own routine. I use these manipulations almost every time I perform a trick. whether it is doing a lepaul spread, a thumb fan, one handed fan, circular fan for a person to select a card. again I highly recommend theses DVDs. They will take practice to master, but it is some of the funnest magic that I know.
