This 2 DVD set is one of the best I have ever bought before. Calen is a great teacher, and the effects taught on this set are some of the most visual. He gives you ideas on what you can say during the routine as well as showing you his routines. It's amazing. I just wish penguin had a Download option, but you can't beat penguin's service. They sent me M&Ms with mine! :D
