I am a huge Sankey fan; I own the majority of what he has on the market today. Most of his DVDs
easily receive a 5 star rating; however, this one only gets 4.
It was a fantastic DVD,
containing very high quality video and in depth explanations. However, many of the performances had
moves flashed... I understand it is an explanatory DVD, but Sankey should have done some retakes.
Secondly, there was very little presentation. Most of the effects were just shown with
minimal or no ideas for how to present them at all. I am all for people coming up with their own,
but how does Sankey perform these if they don't have presentations?
The reason it got a
high rating however was the brilliance of the material; Climber is going straight into my repitoire
as well as his tic-tac effect. I enjoyed a lot of the material and everything on here is a worker.
Overall, highly recommended.
