if done right, it's good Report this review

First, let me address the most common complaints. 1) skin type. While it helps if your skin is flexible, they clearly teach a method on the the DVD to aid in the set up of the effect if you do not have stretchy skin. If you put a little effort into it, I'm pretty sure almost anyone could find the right spot on their arm.
2) Set up. While the set up does need to be done covertly and takes a minute or two, you can leave it set up for hours if you want, until you are ready to do the trick.

With that out of the way, I'll say that this trick is mediocre. While it can get some great reactions if done right, it is little more than a glorified reveal of a thought of card. While it does appear to just appear on your arm (and I must say, it does look convincing), the major downside is that you literally need to write on your arm in sharpie (or dry-erase). This means you can't wear jackets, and also it is annoying to get it off. Overall, though the effect itself is decent and fun to both watch and perform, it is something worth maybe $15-20 at best.
