I think it has some good stuff in it, but the instructions are a little hard to follow at times and it could be a little clearer and have better illustrations. If you are able to figure out what the text is trying to describe to you I think there is some decent stuff in there. Not my best purchase on here, but I don't regret it either. Serious mentalists should probably have this one in their library, and I think it's worth the read even aside from the "tricks".
