An effect such as the Zombie can be done badly. That seems to be what the DVD wants to help you avoid. However, while the information contained is good, it is not the best. Jeff McBride goes through a great technical class, but does not provide a routine. Not that you should want to copy a routine, but it would be good to see how he puts the techniques into play. I find Al Schneider dull. His performances and acting come off with a flat affect. But he does provide a routine and pretty good instruction. Tommy Wonders section is the shortest with just some tips and no routine. I have several WGM DVD's and this one is not on par. Treat this DVD as more of a supplement to your Zombie training and that will give you the proper context. Try and get something with routines so you can see how the performers integrate their tips and instructions.
