The trick is self-working, and well made. Excellent effect.
The problems are 1) it is loud
too loud to be of much use in many venues it was obvious to everyone it was a "motor," the only
challenge was to determine how I was triggering it and 2) it requires a band aide on your thumb
tip or index finger tip. In most venues this requires too much prep (you can't just carry this
around and perform instantly) for impromptu magic. With a different gimmick I can use it without the
band aide if I hold it over my own hand (not someone else's), but in two performances the spectators
figured it out twice. Though everyone was impressed with the technology & miniaturization, this was
not impressive as Magic.
