First a couple of technical details: editor anyone? these guys run off on tangents that simply
aren't helpful and is it just me or is proof reading a dead art. The authors don't get to subject
matter suggested by the title until half way in the book. When they do get to the promised subject
matter suddenly any and all references to research studies (credibility ploy used extensively in the
first half of the book) dry up. Do yourself a favor and buy a book on NLP and one on reading
body-language and facial expressions. It'll be cheaper and more useful.
