I think the whole premise was not thought out well and it's not worth the money for a weak
"one-trick pony". The reason I believe it is weak is because the can may say "beans" on the label,
but it is clearly empty. If you are opening an empty can of beans for your climax, it screams of
the can being tampered with from the onset. Good magic should always have a justification, and
there is not a good justification for the "dissapearance of the beans". This effect would be better
as just one entry in a book of 101 magic tricks with household items instead of a single trick for
sale. My advice: Skip this one, there is much better stuff on Penguin.
I think the trick still works out pretty good; even if the can has beans or no beans in the can. I have a similar effect I believe canned card where the card is torn in pieces and a corner is saved and is later found inside a can of peas (there are no peas in the can) with the corner missing. I have had nothing but great reactions when they find the card in the can, especially with the can being sealed, I even let them keep the can. I think it all comes down to presentation I like the idea there signed bill can be in the can. Beats having a card in the can.
