I just finished watching volume 2 and a little underwhelmed ( see my review of Vol1) There are a couple of good pieces on this tape - I liked Bert Reese Secret and Para Optic  - both got a good response from the studio audience  and I could see  the possibilities with these two effects.   Yggdrasel  is a multi phase ESP card routine - it had a couple of interesting phases but overall the audience looked as bored as I was .  The Prophetic Tissue  was anti climatic and the audience was not that impressed.   I have the same critique as Vol 1 - the performance are very strained and some almost non existent - that's ok because it gives you a chance to see if the effect has strength on it's own.  The strength in the series is in the explanations and seeing how he has added improvements to the old effects.   I love the material Mr Osterlind has produced so far but I am Luke warm on this series.  I was hopping it would be right up there with 13steps which is excellent. Vol 1 was off to a good start but unfortunately  did not follow through - maybe Vol 3 will - I will not be purchasing the remainder of the series.  I still recommend purchasing the book and maybe one of the tapes to get a feel on how a master like Mr Osterlind can update old classics
