Magic Tricks

I purchased this book in reliance on other magicians recommendations wherein I believed it would contain several good routines. It did not. The first 40 pages covered the history of the trick, removing labels, cleaning the bottles, painting the bottles, handling different bottle sizes, printing labels, and a few ideas for props and presentation. The ideas and instructions for bottle preparation were informative and potentially helpful to the unskilled layperson who needs direction in the careful removal of the original bottle labels. The remaining 28 pages depicted photos and script for only one routine. I rated the book two stars for the bottle preparation and the ideas for bottle presentation.
