Of all the card effects in my routine, Juxtaposition is the effect that people remember and love the most. The impossible happens under the most fair conditions. What makes this effect so unreal are these: the chosen card is a mere thought in their mind (no cards are ever taken out or even touched by the spectator when it comes to selection), the spectator is the only one who knows the identity of their card from beginning to end, and the thought-of card is revealed at the end when the magician is ready to reveal the indifferent card. Under those fair conditions, the spectator's thought-of card is vanished from one deck only to appear in another deck.

The effect is extremely easy to perform. Devonte explains two methods to perform the effect: one method for skilled magicians (and card skills needed to perform this method doesn't even have to be high), and the other method for all other skills. When performing the method appropriate for all skills in card magic, there is only one sleight that takes virtually no skill to pull off.

There are a couple of cons about this effect, however. Other card effects cannot be done with either decks. If you perform this effect first, you'll have to use a third deck for all other card effects. This effect requires both decks to be set up in a certain way. If you begin to perform another card effect with either deck, doing so will reveal how the deck is set-up. Another thing I don't like is that the set-up involves cards from both decks to be in a particular order. Take note: THERE IS NO MEMORIZATION involved to achieve the effect. This set-up involving cards to be in a particular order is a one-time deal granted you don't use either deck for any other card effect. With that said, I have dedicated these two decks only for this effect because it is inconvenient for me to have to set the deck up again if I mess up the order. That means I have to bring these two decks with me in addition to a third deck if I want to perform this effect with other card effects. Since both decks are set-up in a particular way and order they cannot be examined. That probably won't be much of a problem for anyone because the effect is done under seemingly fair conditions that they won't have the need to examine the decks.

The effect can be performed multiple times in a row but I wouldn't recommend it. Since one of the decks used for card selection is set-up in a particular way and order, a person may be suspicious as to why he or she is always being shown the same half of the deck for card selection.

With all these cons said, don't let them discourage you from not buying the effect. I've performed this many times, and the reactions seem to be better than the previous. If you plan your magic routine just right, you can get away with performing other card effects with this included. You receive a DVD that is produced well. Devonte explains all the details that may come up in real life situations. When setting up each deck for the effect, I suggest you use brand new decks. Following along with Devonte from the DVD as he explains the set-up will be MUCH easier with brand new decks, though it is not necessary to have brand new decks.
