The box says "no funny moves." I disagree. There are.
No "sleight of hand" is a bold statement. There is a bold, "funny move." It's even acknowledged during the explanation.

No "forcing selections" is MOSTLY a true statement.

"No gimmicks of any kind." You're setting up two gimmicked decks. That's the truth. I believe that if a deck cannot be examined, it should be considered gimmicked. That is the case here.

You may as well go buy two gaffed decks of your choosing and accomplish the same effect with those decks. You will be just as dirty, and probably spend less.
