All that you get when you purchase this are three plastic spiders, three plastic cockroaches and
about twenty sticky pads for adhering them to the backs of peoples' hands. I assumed there would be
a code or something that would allow you to download the app for free. There is not. The app must be
purchased seperately from the appstore for $4.99. The description should state this!
Apart
from that its a great gag. I just felt a bit cheated.
Hi James,
Ian Pidgeon from www.mypetboris.com here. Sorry that the app was not included with your ProPack purchase.
If there was anyway of including it, we would have. Unfortunately there is no mechanism for a coupon or voucher to activate an app.
Apple and Google have restrictions in place which protects their commission on app sales(currently 30%). Otherwise everyone would make the app free, and only allow access once a code was entered. They could then charge anything for the code, and Apple or Google would get nothing. Hope that explains it. The advertising should always mention that the app is an separate charge.
I made the ProPack available for those who had difficulty finding suitable props or who prefer convenience of getting it all in the one place. You are free to find your own of course, but these were the best I could find for the job.
