Myself I can't get it to spin, I will work on it, but I did get it to move once, Matt is a really nice guy, and even sent me tips, I give it a 3 because I can't get it to spin, but I think if conditions are right, you can. Keep in mind you can do this in most places, just not some, so I recommend this.
