Magic Tricks

I got this and the "My First Magic DVD by Gary Darwin" for my child and by comparison, I must rate this title as sub-par. The presentation of MTR4K#1 is amateurish: the performers seem unrehearsed and unsure of what they want to say, the camerawork is literally shaky (c'mon, use a tripod) and the angles are often weird. The overall feel is unrehearsed and no forethought was given to the presentation, like it was filmed on the fly with a camcorder in the hand.

The magic is overall just okay; some are good, most are mediocre, several are unlikely to be performed successfully by kids.

I would not recommend this video.
