I mean really... Listen to the advice he gives... the "hot tips" which are great in here. This is a
guy who really practices what he preaches and is honest about it.
He talks about milking
the effect which is so important. So many people want to rush to the end but there's a road that
tales us there that can be fun. If you rush to the end you are missing out and what makes the trick
entertaining!
His talk at the end was probably the most valuable part. He mentions the
importance of being able to perform 10 tricks well and how amazing it is if you can perform just 1
trick for a whole evening. If you look beyond the tricks and there is a gold mine of great advice
and tips.
As for the tricks (which are certainly worth it as well): I learned some nice
things to add into my rope routine, how much I've been missing out on the acrobatic knot, a few nice
techniques I can add into my ambitious card and a great coin trick transpo.
If you guys
enjoyed this Live Lecture and Daryl's style, look into "Papa Rabbit Hits The Big Time" which is a
fantastic routine for the sponge bunnies.
Enjoy! And Daryl, You're one of the greats.
Thanks for sharing your wisdom with us! :-)
