no real routine inside. the rings are pices of sh**, tinney sounding. can be seen up close. only good from straight on. shin lim consistantly dissapoints with all his products. the demo is such a con. you can do it for your website demo and that's about it. pure and simple garbage. shoot ogawa routine is the best.
