This trick deserves the first Nobel Prize in Magic. Why?
Because this effect, the torn and
restored card, has been a mess for a long time--just look at how many versions you have in your
closet. But it took Karl Hein to come along, and to cloak it in mystery (this has to do with freely
selecting the card, and you must buy it to understand). Next, he understood that when you are doing
this trick, conditions can change quickly. SO HE WORKED IT OUT SO YOU CAN EASILY AND SIMPLY, WITH
SOME PRACTICE, CHOOSE ONE OF TWO OR THREE ENDINGS, DEPENDING ON HOW THE ANGLES, etc... are. THIS IS
WORKABLE, FUN, AND PURE GENIUS. This type of solution may never have been worked out for this type
of effect, so Karl deserves great recognition for making this workable and incredibly flexible. 10
out of 5 stars.
