Accessory Kit, yes kind of. It is a kit, which if you read the smaller print on the box, and know the contents of the electric touch +, then you will know what's in this box. It is an additional housing and magnet. This kit is meant for the "Professional Set Up". If you wanted a second pair of shoes professionally set up for use, then get this. I bought it because I am required to wear boots at work, so I had a pair with this built in by a shoemaker. It great because if and when it's time to replace shoes, you have the option now to do the Professional Set Up again down the road.
