Things like breakaway wands, pop-up wands, and joke props are the type of thing that can make childrens shows go from good to great. This helps to get the kids laughing. The only problem I have with it is that the reset with my wand is not as easy as it is thought to be. This makes me unable to do it twice in a row and I need about 10 seconds to reset it (this is a long time when you are with kids).

Why are you resetting it. If fact there’s no reason to use the little “extra” piece at all. Just handle it as if it’s solid all the time.
