Yes, most of you got a trick like this in your first magic set. Totally not worth the $99 it
originally sold for. Given the quality of this set (real jade rings, bag, etc.), $33.95 is fairly
reasonable. On the other hand, once you figure out Wong's gimmick, you could make a set cheaply. The
gimmick is a good one and may fool people who had a similar set as children.
The video
isn't very good. The best part of it is the cultural explanation of the rings, coins and envelops.
But I hate it when a magician, who no doubt spends hours practice each trick in their repertory,
stumbles their way through a video, having clearly not rehearsed it enough, which seems to be the
case here.
