Dan Harlan is one of my favorites and the most gracious and considerate host on Penguin live. I was surprised to see him embarrass a spectator who didn't understand his instructions. I liked the material but took two stars away because I don't believe Tarbell would have approved of his comments about a spectator's inability to follow instructions.

Nothing he said to or about that spectator could be even remotely considered embarrassing.
