I've bought many tricks over the years and this is one of the best ever. I've never seen quality
this good in a coin trick. Well worth the price! The only problem is the coins are so good, you
might accidentally spend them. The quality of instruction on the DVD is also really good. Get this
trick!
I purchased this gimmick because of this review as well as others. I agree the gimmick is great, however, the video I received was not very helpful. More time was spent on discussing how the gimmick is constructed and operated v/s how to perform the trick itself. I understand it is somewhat intuitive, but there should have been more information on how to set up the trick. The DVD had short videos regarding the trick, but it seemed Mr. Mason tried beign a comedian in lieu of a magician. Maybe those who have worked in the magic field a long while can jump right in with this one. More so than my novice hands. It is still a great trick.
I opened the DVD on a different computer and saw that there is more of an explanation on this trick. This is a good dvd and gimmick. Sorry for the confusion.
I bought the trick and I think they sent me the wrong coins. The two I got did not work like the video showed. I am waiting to see if Penguin Magic will stand behind the product and/or give me a refund.

Bill, you may have gotten the right coins. The craftsmanship is so good it's hard to figure out how they work, at least at first. My advice is to place them on top of each other, both heads up. Slide the top Quarter along the bottom Quarter from the top of Washington's head toward his neck. If that doesn't do the trick, then place the top coin on the bottom and try the same thing again. I hope that helps. It's such a great gimmick, I hope you can get it to work.
