Don't let the stars confuse you, this is a good dvd, for someone going into sponges. I wish I had it when I started out. Unfortunately this is not the next step as Jay states states it. There is only a few hinds for the seasoned act, but if your starting off in sponges, buy this dvd, it will help you a lot and help you avoid picking up nasty habits.
