"Double Deception". Sorry, but I have to tell you, that
the flipper-coin doesn't work, as shown
in the teaching video. If you try to lay the flipped opened coin down on the table , as demonstrated
in the video, it immediatly flipped together. Also the inlay of the coin does
not really match
together, you can see and also the spectator can see that there is a small slit between the shell
and the inlay. If you rub with your thumb over the coin you can feel a sharp edge. This coin is not
examinable by a spectator. The quality isn't as good as described. I've bougth a lot a tricks from
Penguin-magic shop in the past and I was very happy with the tricks, but this was the first
reclamation. I think nearly 100,00 $ is a good price to get products of the highest quality. So far
I could repair it by giving it to juweller how could repair it.
The handling is not as easy as
shown in the video for the coin quarter Dollar is to small. I think the version with the half dollar
coin will work better.
Wilfried, I have had my set for over five years and never had a problem. No rough edges. I hand them out all the time. Never had a problem. These are made by Bob Swadling and his work is near always perfect. I would call Penquin or better yet contact Mark Mason. He has distribution here in the states and also England. Great trick. Hope you get it squared away. Mark always stands behind the products he puts out. Hope this helps, Byron
