This is an update to my previous review titled "pretty darn cool!!"...

I have found that after using the Gonzo a part of the gimmick shaped like a letter "A" which is used for support has been bending a lot due to pressure while wearing the Gonzo...well it eventually ended up snapping one of the sides/legs to the "A" on the part. After straightening out the part time after time it cracked and then just snapped off.

Manufacturing: This is really the ONLY part on Gonzo you would have problems with...why couldn't they make it out of metal or heavy duty plastic? Would it really break the bank on their budget?
The "A" shaped support piece is the thickness of a bread bag clasp. For the price I would expect a better quality part. It lasted 2 days and ended up bending and then snapping.

My Solution: If I can't get a replacement I'll have to use a hot glue gun to fill in the entire area and make a permanent position for the Gonzo.

Final Thoughts: The Gonzo is still highly recommended and will still work. I gave 3 stars for the manufacturing of this piece... it could've been made more durable in this area on the gimmick. Other than that...This still rocks!

I agree. I just got mine today and this is the only issue I have noticed. The Triangle was slightly out of place.Luckily I noticed it before it broke. Going to have to pay close attention to it!

Hi Vulcan and Craig,
I'm sorry for your problem whit Gonzo!

My question is:
This small "A" part that you guys mentioned is a part of the gimmick that if there will be a replacement it can be fix or if you bend/broke this part you are in " trouble "
I mean you need to buy another Gonzo or if I find a way I can fix my own gimmick???

Ninuzzo, you can fix the part if it were to break. It will take some creative thinking though. I have been looking at it and can think of several ideas that would work but I have not tested them. If you cannot fix it,so the part stays mobile, the Gonzo could be fixed into a permanent position which should pose no problems. Hope this helps!

Thank you very much Vulcan! I appreciate it :)
But just curious this part of the gimmick it's a very important part of Gonzo? I mean if it's broken/bend you could have problem when you use Gonzo or doesn't matter and you can do the vanish anyway without this part???

AJ Thank you so much. Customer service like that makes my heart happy.
I will be contacting you.

CONOMY- I tried my best to answer your question before. I do not understand how my answer was not adequate. But I will try again. The A shape piece does not break. But It can and will if you are not careful. It is NOT a construction "defect". However the piece could have been made of stronger material. For your shipping questions. Please email penguin at support@penguinmagic.com

Ninuzzo- The piece is important. It eliminates alot of angles. At the same time the Gonzo can still function fine without it, it will just be more angle sensitive. Yes feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. But also take note of the amazing customer service above where AJNATH has written "Any problem with the "A" shape plastic with your GONZO gimmick , please contact me on aj@paulharrispresents and will be happy to help you out." So either way. You will be taken care of brother or sister.
