VDP is a great effect! John teaches over 5 different effects in the DVD using the principle and similar principles, which makes it well worth the price. I would almost even pay $40 for this. For him to sell his reputation-making effect AND giving you so much material makes John a great man. Yes, there are a few drawbacks to the effect, but with most normal social situations they can be easily avoided and make it a seamless effect. This is definitely not for the beginner though. Knowing what I know, I have no fear making these gimmicks, just gotta take it slow and be cautious so the gimmick looks as good as it does in the video. Definitely worth buying , though!
