With any good effect there is a gimmick or some poetic license unfortunately
CONS
-Instant reset possible with addition purchase of a certain deck other than that not only slim possibilty but only a handful of times
- stands up to very little scrutiny, wouldn't use in a crowd where people were focused on the tear
-If there ever was a chance to borrow a deck you couldn't do this effect
Pros
-Cheap gimmick to make should have items laying around
-Sleights are not very hard to learn
- video is detailed and helpful
-Demo hides nothing

Conclusion
Another example of an effect that has a small target audience that will use it often. Good starting effect for a Sleights demomstration yet cant be looked closely by anyone so not good in crowds. Another overpriced instant download that promises more than it delivers,we know everything is an illusion but there should be some truth in advertising.save your money for a better effect this has very little usability

Your Cons:
-Instant reset possible with addition purchase of a certain deck other than that not only slim possibilty but only a handful of times
-> You don't have to let the card sign by the spectator. If you don't let the card sign, you don't have to replace the card so one card (the gimmick) will last you for like some weeks or months.

- stands up to very little scrutiny, wouldn't use in a crowd where people were focused on the tear
-> The optical illusion fools your brain badly. I saw this accidentally on a table hopping performance last week. (10 people each table) and I couldn't even see that's an illusion. So laymans wouldn't notice it at all. They see teared edges, see the face of the card lift up, and they see the back of a card. This in mind of the spectator covers the whole secret in their own brain. It's just an optical illusion. Try it in a live performance and you will see.

-If there ever was a chance to borrow a deck you couldn't do this effect.
-> You can. Laymans never have decks with them anyways and if you perform it for a magician it's 95% a bicycle red or blue. So carry around 2 gimmicks and you can do it with a burrowed deck. If it's the 5% chance and you get another deck, just do another trick.

Fair point ill give it a good trial, just at first trial, maybe since I knew what what was happening it seemed really abvious but I dont like the idea of not handing the card out its probably for me atleast the only way to end a TnR routine because without it there is a lot of scepticism not amazement. I was only concerned about trying to make gimmicks on the fly was that it really has to be done properly to look right
