Kieron Johnson is a chaotic genius, there is so much within this lecture and you can tell that
Kieron has put his all into creating these effects. Sometimes he puts a new spin on a classic (e.g.
card in orange) bringing them into the modern age. While other times he has these uniquely wonderful
concepts and effects to share. This isn't your standard "pick a card lecture" and one of the only
times a card was selected it resulted in a stick man being launched out of a cannon in a ball of
fire to find it.
Most importantly for me, in this lecture Kieron doesn't just teach tricks
he teaches concepts that have so much scope to take in your own direction. For example, he teaches
an effect where he makes a cup of tea (the predicted item) appear in a truly spectacular way. Not a
fan of tea, no worries he explains the concept behind it. If you want to make a potted plant appear,
sure he can do that too. This isn't the only trick he teaches in this manner, he teaches his
presentation and then the concepts and thought process behind it so you can take it your own way and
make it your own.
Kieron Johnson is certainly one to watch!
