Great deal of information, presented with a streamlined approach and practice techniques.

I would recommend using it in conjunction with his book CMR: Osterlind's Approach, that way you will know all the subtleties to make it work and learn from Richard's mistakes so you won't repeat them.

I gave it five stars for the reasons stated above, but please remember that Richard only covers one approach and if you plan on doing it for pay you might want to look into the other more thorough resources as well so you will have a variety of techniques available at any time.
