This and Oil over trouble water are my two favorite oil and water routines. I give this one, however, a slight edge as after you've done the routine with the 6 cards, you now show that rest of the deck, which you had shown at the start to have reds and blacks mixed, now has the reds and blacks separated . You show this too with Oil Over Troubled Water, but with Sorted affair, the spectator(s) can thoroughly handle and examine the deck. Having said that, when you show the separation in Oil and Water there should be no need for the spectator to want to examine the deck.
You know what? Buy both. They are both so good.
