You can construct your "gimmick" in less than 2 minutes. You can make several and have them ready to be added in during a long walk around set. I rate the "Arts and Crafts" work needed to construct the gimmick at Kindergarten Level

This effect can not be done 100% surrounded unless you change the position of your hands during one pivotal moment. A very natural handling of the card covers any possible angle issues on one side of you - and it's only for a moment.
