I know a ton of bends but have to say, this is way more practical than most.
Once again proving you pretty much can't go wrong with anything that has Greg Wison's name attached.

my question is how to bend a coin in normal way, use a hammer?

Check out the second video by Wayne Dalton where he goes through two ways of doing it. One with tools (two sets of pliers and a cloth) and one with the door hinges.
I tried both ways and the door method works best to get the appropriate bend for this routine.
