I was given a free preview by Rick(y)Lax. This is simple, but a lot to go over. Ryan Stock seems
friendly and speaks clearly, so learning will be easy. At first, I thought this was going to be a
simple bar bet thing, and maybe it is, but it has a kicker ending that hit me out of the blue. That
was a nice touch whoever came up with that. Someone could keep it as a simple bar bet, or do then
entire routine, which has a similarity to Paul Harris' Overkill (to me anyway). The trick is a small
step above self-working. I would say easy with a set-up. I can see a small bit of audience
management, but nothing to worry about. This would either work as something when you are out with
the guys, or as a gambling type routine in a close-up performance. Bartenders will love this trick.
My favorite part is it is what I call, "buried magic". Buried magic is magic that existed a long
time ago, was forgotten, and someone brings it back to life. I have one or two tricks like that, and
I'm always looking for more. They end up fooling magicians because they have been so forgotten
about, most guys are not familiar with the method and get fried. The methodology reminded me of
Clear Choice in that, I had no idea that the method even existed, and this has the same kind of
feel. I think it should be a $10.00 trick though.... 5 stars, good work, and good luck.
