Bob LaRue is the real deal. He also happens to be an excellent writer.

This book is super easy-to-read, and is an absolute must-have for anybody new to the restaurant magic biz. But there are some gems in this book that the seasoned pro will enjoy and adapt.

If this business is your job; and if you want to do your job better in order to make more money, this book is a no-brainer.

Besides, it's less than the cost of one decent tip. Go for it.
