TC Tahoe isn't just side-splittingly funny...he's a real world worker who can deliver an experience
with great impact to an audience...seemingly with great ease. In this lecture, TC balances teaching
tricks, (that can easily be learned and inserted into any number of acts), with sharing invaluable
information that can help the viewer expand their value to potential clients. He shares insights
into the dos and don'ts of Emceeing. He discusses the process of writing comedy and provides
examples about making an emotional connection with your audience.
There are tricks on
this lecture that play well in multiple scenarios, from close-up to stage to just being asked to do
something at a party. In any situation, you'll be armed with awesomeness that will blow your
spectators away and boost, if not secure your reputation as a master of your art!
The
advice and insight is worth the price alone; but if you want to talk tricks, then I can tell you
that there are several in this lecture that are easy to learn/perform and will make a huge impact.
Several of them are worth the price of the lecture alone, let alone as a group!
With "The
Pad", you've got an impromptu prediction effect that you can do at a moment's notice with borrowed
objects. At a party...at an office...you're equipped to make an impression!
The Beer Vase is an
impressive handling of a classic effect.
The TC Tahoe Lotto is one of my favorites and I love,
love, LOVE performing that effect! You will, too!
His Cards Across and Coins Across (to
condiment cup) are fantastic and play well close-up, or even on stage.
His 3 Fly is great and
his unique handling of the Spellbound move is another gem almost worthy of the price all on its own!
I never considered magic with Tarot cards before, but bought my first Tarot deck after seeing
this lecture! TC teaches a couple of quick, easy and impressive tricks utilizing a Tarot deck. Can
you use a regular deck of cards? Yep. But the mystique of the Tarot deck adds a little extra
emotional spin to the prestige of the effect!
Overall, this lecture can't be beat. The
content is fantastic. It's real-world experience and guidance for serious professionals; and it's
easier-than-you-think effects that are fun to perform and deliver a great and memorable experience
for your audience!
