I have decided to write a more detailed review of this lecture, reviewing individual effects as
opposed to the entire lecture itself.
FateCAN-7/10, This effect is decent, and
pretty well thought out. It can sometimes play out clean, and other times play out really
suspicious. Though a pretty good ACAAN, I prefer his old one. I dont see myslef performing this one
.(ACAAN)
Lift V2-9/10, I love this! I watched the explanation and thought," There is now
way I could get away with that" I was performing for some family members(my test dummies lol) and it
went over really well. I can see myself performing this often. I forgot to mention that Peter talks
about how to clean up the D**l R*****y in Derrens original routine.(A PK routine where you control
someones movement)
Jedi Push-10/10, This is definitely my stand out trick from the lecture.
It works with any body type. So I can grab any two people on the street and do this. O have
performed a couple of times now, and it has insane reactions. I have came across many variations of
this effect, including Aaron Alexanders and Athem Flints, but this one is definitely my favorite.(A
PK effect where you knock someone down without touching them)
5 Keys to Balpate-8/10, This
effect doesnt really have any new methodology. It is Peters fantastic presentation that sells it. I
cant really say much more without giving it away.(An effect where you have to guess which passcode
out of five is your spectators)
Serial Killer-7.5/10 A really impressive demonstration of
the mind. I dont see myself performing this regularly but if I had nothing else to perform with, I
could see myself doing this.(Random additions on a calculator equal a serial numbe on a dollar bill)
Jazzing with Playing Cards-6/10, Nothing really new here, but still fun to watch.(Peter
doing random stuff with playing cards)
Many principles and lots of theory are discussed
throughout the lecture, and thats where the real value is. This lecture was amazing(I should also
mention every single routine is suitable for both close up and stage.) Thus lecture is well worth
the price.
