Dr Michael Rubinstein's lecture is really good. The Castle Show was a really nice touch to start it
out. You get to see his "punny" sense of humor throughout the entire lecture. Saw a couple really
cool routines with Quarters that can be done fairly impromptu. (or you could easily carry what you
need in very little space). A couple classics and some new spin on different moves. I liked "Copper
Silver Extraction" (it will go perfectly with my Ammar "Coins Thru Silk") And the "Substitution
Trunk" using an Okito box was really cool. Kind of a big illusion in a close up setting. Also, a
nice blank coin routine and a great take on the "Karate Coin" using his thumb (and a series of puns)
A nice dash of theory and discussion on history of some moves. Then going into better
detail on moves such as nowhere palm, ROPS, JW grip and several others throughout the routines. A
bit of talk on his "prop management".
Overall, I enjoyed it as much as his first Penguin
lecture.
