Magic Tricks

1--UNCLEAR AUDIO DESCRIPTION (U.S. purchasers like me have a VERY DIFFICULT time trying to even comprehend the British slurs and uneven pronunciation) 2--VOLUME WAS TOO LOW (even when I adjusted my computer on highest level) 3--THE ART PEN DIFFICULT TO LOCATE (maybe it would be different if you "beamed my town" to the U.K. so I could easily find it. The description of the art pen was also hard to hear/understand) 4--IT LOOKS LIKE A GOOD EFFECT (if I could get past 1,2,and 3 above.....BUT I CAN'T !!! ) I wish there was a "help" phone to speak to you in plain and clear American pronunciation....or add SUBTLTLES and CHARTS with pertinent info for us yanks with no clue...and I DID PURCHASE THE TRICK...and can't use it!!
