The gimmick has a Maiden Back! However, he does go into detail in how to construct a gimmick using your preferred design (e.g., Bicycle Standard Back). When I pay $20 for one gimmick and it is deemed not usable to me, I have to rate the value of the purchase on the idea. This is a good idea and a gimmick I plan to make at some point.
