I've been a big fan of Richard Osterlind for years and I have most of his instructional DVDs.
I was extremely disappointed in this set, however. The lighting was awful. I felt very uncomfortable trying to view Richard's performances in the dark. The effects themselves were repetitive of many done more professionally on previous DVDs.
I recommend instead Richard's "Live Without a Net."
