Magic Tricks

Just received after pre-ordering. Was very excited about this trick from the video! Must say I'm somewhat disappointed. Realize that $30 isn't a huge price for a gimicked magic deck, but the gimick and mechanics of the trick leave something to be desired, thus the 3 rating. First, without trying to give it away (always difficult to do in a review) I was not happy with the "material" supplied to prepare the gimicked deck. I followed the directions precisely, but found the "material" to be inferior for prolonged use ( I mean doing the trick more than once!) Secondly, the gimick for the trick requires what I believe to be better than 20/20 vision to make it work as well as it appears in the video. It almost required a magnifying glass for me to "find" the gimick at first. Now I will still use the trick because I've found 2 "workarounds" for the "material" (any magician will be able to figure out what I mean) and for using the gimick itself. Thus the 3 rating and yes I will use the trick(although I've only done it for the wife so far. Time will tell)
