Magic Tricks

The directions that came with the order clearly indicate that A PEN is used to apply the secret "wax". THIS PEN DID NOT COME WITH THE ORDER. After calling Penguin, they sent me ANOTHER item.....AGAIN, WITHOUT THE PEN. What gives? How can you use this trick without the applicator (the pen)??? Either mention that the pen is sold separately or get your act together and DOUBLE-CHECK these orders. I'm STILL waiting for a sensible reply, since I STILL do not have the pen, and cannot use this until then. This might be a great product....I don't know...how can I judge with an incomplete order???
