The "standing card" is a great visual, but you do need a table.
It messes with people's heads.
The dice routine is something I adopted, and it is similar to the bonus routine in Max
Maven's "Nothing" dvd.
The subtle addition that Gaetan added to the "vanishing bottle" is
brilliant.
Check out Jon Armstrong's penguin lecture for a similar subtlety.
The
routine with the paper plates is wonderful. It packs relatively small and plays big. It's mayhem
as the plates are tossed around, yet the plot is simple to follow. The dice in the box though needs
to be made.
The "inexhaustible sponge" is a nice running gag, but not for me. Also, you'll
need to get the sponge - if it is still available. It does demonstrate Gaetan's way of thinking.
