I am so disappointed in this product, poor impression (very poor). After making a complaint to Penguin, they sent me another one, and it was as bad, returned both for a full refund in store credit. I wonder what good reviews where using before this, but personally it is the worst impression pad i have ever used. But once again what a great service from Penguin Magic, i just love you guys.
